PHOTOGRAPHY HIGH FIVE – AUGUST 7, 2020
Next week I’m taking a highly anticipated trip out to Big Bend Ranch State Park. With the baby girl on the way it’ll be a fun way to end all the small photography trips my wife has let me take over the last two years. I’ve been spending this past week making sure I have everything figured out for that; most importantly getting the right lens rented. Along with all that, I also found out this morning that one of my photos was selected to be hung on the walls of the Palo Pinto County General Hospital. I’ve submitted to a few photography contest in the past, but knowing that one of my photos will actually be displayed somewhere instead of just recognized is an awesome feeling. And more importantly I hope it brings someone joy as they go through having to be in a hospital!
